According to brickfox managing director Uli Häfele, the joint trade fair appearance with partner FACT-Finder enabled synergies to be used and added value to be created for customers. Numerous new contacts were made, interested parties were informed and new partners were acquired. But there were also many familiar faces on site and there was a lively exchange about the latest developments and upcoming activities.
At the parallel congress, expert presentations were offered on topics from the areas of multichannel, mobile & social commerce, logistics & process management, customer experience management, online marketing, conversion optimization, payment and others. The two reference presentations from Lieferladen.de and Ballsportdirekt were followed with great interest by the participants. Lieferladen.de founder and managing director Eberhard Weber spoke about challenges relating to the logistics of an online food retailer. Here, brickfox is responsible for the entire process chain, from ordering to delivery. Markus Dieckmann, Head of Marketing and Sales at Ballsportdirekt, spoke about Ballsportdirekt's multi-shop strategy for addressing target groups. brickfox enables the central maintenance of all data and its automatic distribution to the individual sales channels. In addition, the online shop is based on the bf Commerce shop front end, which, due to its replicability, enables numerous online shops with the same layout but individually designed content to be set up quickly.
