The efficient e-commerce PIM system allows the enrichment of master data imported from the ERP system with media files and descriptive texts, enabling products to be delivered to sales channels ready for sale. With the integrated multilingual translation interface, it is easy for the internationally operating company to manage product information in various languages and sell products on international marketplaces such as amazon.com. brickfox handles all data exchange with the connected channels. Bidirectional interfaces are used not only to export product data but also to... Orders, inventory data, status information, and any returns from the various sales platforms are imported and processed in the integrated order management system. The decision to use brickfox's PIM system, which is characterized by its efficient management workflow, was based in no small part on the large number of variations for upholstery fabrics, veneers, and feet.
In order to offer the premium furniture designer's customers the opportunity to put together their dream furniture flexibly, a configurator has been integrated into the TYPO3-based online shop. This allows the customer to choose from around 2000 upholstery fabrics, different feet or veneers when selecting a piece of furniture and thus create a truly unique piece.
The online shop was designed in the in-house design studio at Aguti and implemented by our integration partner NETFORMIC. The intelligent navigation in the shop is based on the FACTFinder conversion engine. It is also responsible for all filter functions and the error-tolerant search function.
“The shop turned out great; it reflects the quality of our products in every aspect. Maintenance in brickfox is simple and straightforward, and data exchange works flawlessly. The integrated configurator offers significant added value, as our customers can individually design their desired piece of furniture and see all available materials, colors, and accessories. Furthermore, brickfox impressed us with their expert advice, rapid implementation, and outstanding support,” says Aguti founder and CEO Andreas Grieger.
