Internet World 2013 – brickfox customer Kömpf talks about synergy effects in multi-store strategies

In addition to the opportunity to present the new features in the brickfox E-Commerce Cloud, there were many interesting discussions with customers, partners, online retailers, shop operators and interested parties.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=“1/1″][vc_raw_html]JTNDcCUzRSUzQyUyRnAlM0U=[/vc_raw_html][vc_column_text]The new features in the brickfox PIM were the focus of particular attention. In addition to the individual user rights management for an efficient workflow (rights-roles principle), the integrated multilingual translation mask and the revised central channel management for distributing the products to the sales channels were also enthusiastically received by the local retailers. Using a demo, the software could be shown to interested parties directly and some things could be explained more quickly.
The presentation of our customer Kömpf online shops by speaker and online marketing manager Klaus Kallenbrunnen met with great interest from the curious audience. In his presentation "Efficient multi-channel e-commerce through the intelligent linking of online and offline channels", Mr. Kallenbrunnen highlighted the synergy effects of multi-channel strategies and described the challenges a construction center faces when entering online trading. In addition to several stationary construction centers, Kömpf operates five successful theme shops in the areas of garden equipment, garden ponds, branded grills, work clothing and fencing systems.
In his presentation on the topic “The future of multichannel e-commerce”, Igor Leko from brickfox GmbH spoke about the advantages and challenges of multichannel strategies and presented solutions for efficient channel management as well as helpful tips for product data management.
