In order to be able to reliably supply its B2B and B2C customers with office supplies on a daily basis, the company relies on the highest quality, a fair price-performance ratio and sophisticated logistics. When entering the trading market on online marketplaces, an efficient multi-channel e-commerce solution was also a prerequisite for optimal handling of the approximately 14.000 products.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=“1/1″][vc_raw_html]JTNDcCUzRSUzQyUyRnAlM0U=[/vc_raw_html][vc_column_text]brickfox offers the online retailer interfaces to numerous online marketplaces and sales platforms and also the central management of all channels as well as the management of virtual inventories for the channels. This enables brickfox to expand the trading reach with only minimal additional effort for the toner retailer.
In view of the large number of products, automated data transfer was the most important goal when introducing the multi-channel e-commerce solution. This goal was fully achieved with brickfox. For this purpose, brickfox receives all product information from the connected PIM system. At the same time, stocks and status are imported from the mail order software pixi*. brickfox automatically delivers the product data to the amazon marketplace and in turn passes the orders received on to pixi*, which is responsible for order management and logistics. After the quick and successful connection to amazon, the integration of other marketplaces is already planned in the near future.
Alex Koba, CEO of Kraftwerk Concept AG, on his multi-channel e-commerce solution: "brickfox makes our daily work much easier because it completely automates the entire data exchange with the marketplaces and our warehouse management. If we had to manually bring the 14.000 products from our inventory into the sales channels, we would have nothing else to do."[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
