In order to increase its own retail reach and strengthen brand awareness, the retailer decided to sell its products on online marketplaces. It started with amazon.de, amazon.it, amazon.es, amazon.co.uk and amazon.fr. The success led to further marketplace connections.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=“1/1″][vc_raw_html]JTNDcCUzRSUzQyUyRnAlM0U=[/vc_raw_html][vc_column_text]The high manual effort involved in entering product data on the marketplace quickly required a solution that would automate multichannel processes and centrally control all channels. With the multichannel e-commerce solution from brickfox, not only was the international Amazon account centralized, but the marketplaces Rakuten.de, Mein.Paket.de and ebay.de were quickly and easily integrated into the multichannel system. Brickfox receives the product data from the connected Oxid shop, and the mail order software pixi* provides inventory and status. The virtual inventory management in brickfox leads to an optimal distribution of the inventory across the sales channels. The information is then transferred from brickfox to the marketplaces, and orders are then transported by brickfox to the mail order software pixi*, where they are then processed and shipped.
Rasierwerk Managing Director André Müller knows: "Without brickfox, the manual processes would have been too much for us. By greatly simplifying the multi-channel processes using centralized channel control and fully automated data transfers, brickfox enabled us to grow much faster."[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
