The Schluchsee. Multi-acrobatics. And us.

Where the German national football team once trained under Paul Breitner, the brickfox multichannel delegation experienced a very special weekend. Team building was on the calendar. And the entire team competed to prove that foxes - even if they are not pack animals - perform at their best as a team. This applies not only to programming e-commerce software but also to challenges such as climbing towers of beer crates, mastering tightrope acts and archery. Such things are somewhat familiar from everyday brickfox life, but on the computer in front of the screen and in reality they are fundamentally different. While we can handle tightrope acts well in multichannel e-commerce, they look like incredible acrobatics live in the high ropes course. There are also differences in how we handle beer crates. For example, we have sufficient experience with beer crates, but we have so far looked at them from a different perspective... Archery was not a variation of what we already know but completely new territory. But we can really use the marksmanship course in our everyday lives, since Wilddeer runs around the brickfox office every now and then...

In addition to the many sporting challenges, the culinary side was not neglected either. Whether in the Black Forest country inn or when cooking together... the motto was "quality meets quantity." "For dessert we would like... errr... another pepper steak!"... all we can say is: how you work, so you eat. The common brickfoxler therefore needs a second main course. When he is full, he takes on the forces of nature. He lets the rough winds of the Black Forest blow around his head, makes a fire and starts singing...

Yes... the latter is also one of the forces of nature. After all, a catchy tune is so powerful that it stays with us even after we return to the office. Such singing skills inspire... for example when building a new interface, which everyone can look forward to. Yes. We sang, played sports and tinkered. In summary, we can say that we had a lot of fun at Schluchsee and our e-commerce sportsmanship is more inspired than ever. After the German footballers were able to finish their stay at Schluchsee "only" as runners-up in the World Cup, we won the title: Best Multichannel Team of 2!
