ElektroG2 Law | Adjustment of product and order data

The new German Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG2) came into effect on January 1, 2022. This law obligates retailers who sell electrical appliances to take back old appliances when a new one is purchased. Detailed information can be found in the relevant legal texts, for example, at elektrogesetz.de . Implementing this take-back obligation requires adjustments to product and order data for retailers with a corresponding product range. brickfox has already made some adjustments in this regard.
