New chapter for brickfox GmbH: Dietmar Hölscher takes over as CEO

brickfox GmbH announces that Torsten Blümel and Martin Haak will resign as managing directors on February 1 and April 1, respectively. Martin Haak is moving within the DigitalNativeAlliance GmbH to NETFORMIC GmbH and thus remains connected to the company.

Effective April 1, Dietmar Hoelscher, previously CXO at Netformic GmbH, to brickfox and takes over the role of CEO. Dietmar Hölscher brings extensive experience in the field of software and e-commerce, he was previously CTO at a large Cologne e-commerce agency and held management positions in Shopware AG one of the most successful e-commerce players in Europe. He will support brickfox in its growth strategy.
