New chapter for brickfox GmbH: Dietmar Hölscher takes over as CEO

brickfox GmbH announces that Torsten Blümel and Martin Haak will resign as managing directors on February 1 and April 1, respectively. Martin Haak is moving within the DigitalNativeAlliance GmbH to NETFORMIC GmbH and thus remains connected to the company.

Effective April 1, Dietmar Hoelscher, previously CXO at Netformic GmbH, to brickfox and takes over the role of CEO. Dietmar Hölscher brings extensive experience in the field of software and e-commerce, he was previously CTO at a large Cologne e-commerce agency and held management positions in Shopware AG, one of the most successful e-commerce players in Europe. He will support brickfox in its growth strategy.

brickfox would like to thank Torsten Blümel and Martin Haak for their achievements and commitment during their time as managing directors and wishes them all the best for their future projects. With Dietmar Hölscher as the new CEO, who has extensive experience in e-commerce and software, brickfox is looking to the future with confidence and is looking forward to working with him.
