Typical tasks of your remote employee
- Maintaining and optimizing your listings on marketplaces
- Creating and checking listings via brickfox
- Handling marketplace errors, rejections, and mappings
- Support with promotions, price and inventory adjustments
- Preparation of new marketplace connections (in coordination with Integration/Service)
- Monitoring of selected KPIs (e.g., error rates, unlisted products)
We take care of the operational marketplace business so you can concentrate on product range, purchasing and strategy.
Scope of services & availability
Monthly allowance:
- 3 hours per month for a flat rate of €495
Additional requirements:
- Each additional hour with 25% discount on our regular hourly rate
- Billing based on actual expenses
Availability of your co-pilot:
- Via chat during our regular working hours
- An 4 out of 5 working days additionally for each 4 Hours reachable by phone
