Your role at brickfox

As Account Executive (m/f/d) You will be the main point of contact for new B2B customers and actively drive the growth of our SaaS platform. You will be responsible for the entire sales process – from initial contact through consultation and presentation to successful contract closure. You will be comfortable interacting with decision-makers and management and understand how to translate complex requirements into compelling solutions.

Your tasks

  • Acquisition of new B2B customers in the SaaS and platform environment
  • Independent management of the entire sales cycle (Lead → Closing)
  • Analysis of customer requirements and development of suitable solution and offer concepts.
  • Conducting presentations, product demos, and decision-making discussions at the management level.
  • Negotiation of offers, prices and contracts
  • Close collaboration with product management, marketing and other specialist departments
  • Documentation and maintenance of all sales activities in the CRM system

What you should bring:

  • Several years of experience in B2B sales of software or SaaS solutions (project and/or licensing business)
  • Confident, professional demeanor when dealing with decision-makers and executives
  • Structured, goal-oriented and results-oriented work style
  • High self-motivation, sense of responsibility and negotiation skills
  • Experience with modern sales methods and CRM systems
  • Very good German (C2 level) & negotiation-level fluency English
  • Remote mindset and ICE compatibility – ideally you are from the Stuttgart, Rhine-Neckar, Frankfurt, Cologne, Düsseldorf, Münster, Osnabrück or Hamburg area
  • And if you come from Coesfeld or the surrounding area: Jackpot – We have a small office here with 5 great colleagues!
