Your role at brickfox:
As Account Manager (m/f/d) You will be the main point of contact for our existing B2B customers. You will ensure that customers work successfully with our SaaS platform in the long term, identify development potential, and build trusting, sustainable business relationships. You will work closely with internal teams and actively contribute to the further development of our customers.
Your tasks:
- Support and further development of existing B2B SaaS customers
- Building and maintaining long-term, collaborative customer relationships
- Identification of expansion, upselling and development potential
- Coordination of contract extensions as well as expansions of services and offerings.
- Regular exchange with customers regarding usage, requirements and further developments.
- Close collaboration with Customer Success, Support and Product Management
- Maintenance and documentation of all customer-relevant information in the CRM system
Your profile:
- experience in Account Management or in the support of B2B SaaS customers
- A good understanding of customer needs, business processes, and digital solutions
- Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor at various levels
- Structured, reliable and independent way of working
- Ability to strategically develop customer relationships
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
