PHP Symfony Developer (m/f/d)

With our agile, technology-driven approach, we help our customers optimize e-commerce processes and accelerate their growth.

To strengthen our development team we are looking for a PHP Symfony Developer (m/f/d) with a passion for clean code and modern web technologies.

Your tasks:

• Further development and maintenance of our e-commerce SaaS platform based on PHP and Symfony

• Conception and implementation of new features in close cooperation with product management

• Optimization of existing processes and interfaces (e.g. to shop systems and marketplaces)

• Participation in architectural decisions and code reviews

• Working in an agile team according to Lean and Scrum principles

Your profile:

• Very good knowledge of PHP (from version 7.x) and experience with the Symfony framework

• Confident handling of relational databases (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL)

• Experience in developing APIs (REST, JSON)

• Familiarity with version control (Git) and modern development processes (CI/CD, testing)

• Mandatory: extensive experience in using LLMs (e.g., Claude, OpenAI, Mistral) and AI-supported development with tools such as Cursor AI or comparable systems

• Willingness to use AI technologies in the daily development process and to actively participate in the development of AI-supported products

• Independent, structured working style and ability to work in a team

• Experience with e-commerce projects or SaaS products is an advantage

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes or cloud services

• Experience with shop systems (e.g. Shopify, Shopware, WooCommerce)

• Interest in performance optimization and scaling of web applications
