To strengthen our delivery team, we are looking for an experienced [position title] to start immediately. (Senior) Project Manager E-Commerce Delivery (m/f/d)who securely orchestrates our customer and product projects from the initial idea to go-live.

your role

In this role you are the central interface between product, development, support and customers.

You manage projects and topics holistically, set clear priorities, and create transparency regarding progress, capacities, and dependencies. You work closely with our Product Owner and have the opportunity to actively shape structures, processes, and reporting.

The focus is on the internal delivery, supplemented by the support of selected customer and product projects.

Your tasks

• Planning, management and coordination of parallel e-commerce and SaaS projects

• Maintenance of roadmaps and project plans, as well as ongoing coordination of priorities.

• Transparent management of various topics such as features, support requirements, interfaces, and product initiatives.

• Close collaboration with the product owner and development team to optimally utilize existing capacities.

• Proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding plan changes or new requirements

• Moderation of agile formats and ensuring clear project and status reporting.

• Further development of processes, workflows and key performance indicators for better planning and predictability.

Your profile

• Several years of experience in project management, ideally in an e-commerce, SaaS or agency environment

• Proficient use of Jira and Confluence, as well as a good sense for sensible project and reporting structures.

• Experience with agile working methods and a passion for pragmatic solutions

• Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and a good sense of priorities.

• Independent, structured work style and a desire to actively drive things forward.

• Very good knowledge of German and good English

Certifications are not a must – more important is your experience and your commitment to successfully completing projects.
