  • In principle, any shop system can be connected via the brickfox shop interface. The prerequisite for this is that your online shop supports the exchange of XML files (via FTP/SFTP).

With brickfox's real-time performance reporting, you can always keep track of your successes on the sales channels. You can create detailed standard evaluations for the global overview or specifically for each sales channel. Configure individual evaluations to find out, for example, which (partial) range recorded which sales, generated which turnover and which return rate in which promotional period on which marketplace.

Channel performance: Receive a daily analysis of your shop and marketplace sales. KPIs such as average shopping cart sizes or return rates are automatically calculated and displayed graphically and in tabular form.

Article research: Track sales in detail by sales channel and even by brand. Analyze important key figures down to variant level. Export data conveniently via Excel for further processing in third-party systems.

The brickfox ERP interface enables the seamless integration of almost any ERP system and any inventory management system into your brickfox universe. A bidirectional interface integrates your product data management system into an extensive multichannel eCommerce landscape. This means that sophisticated multichannel eCommerce projects as well as your own eCommerce platforms or supplier portals can be implemented without any problems.
