New chapter for brickfox GmbH: Dietmar Hölscher takes over as CEO

brickfox GmbH announces that Torsten Blümel and Martin Haak will step down as managing directors on 1 February and 1 April respectively. Martin Haak is moving to NETFORMIC GmbH within the DigitalNativeAlliance GmbH group of companies and will thus remain associated with the company.

Effective 1 April, Dietmar Hölscher, previously CXO at Netformic GmbH, will move to brickfox and take on the role of CEO. Dietmar Hölscher brings extensive experience in software and e-commerce, he was previously CTO at a large Cologne-based e-commerce agency and held management positions at shopware AG, one of the most successful e-commerce players in Europe. He will support brickfox in its growth strategy.
