Your role:

As Marketplace Manager you are You are the link between our customers and their success in digital commerce. You are responsible for designing an exceptional customer experience, setting up and customizing our software solutions and providing strategic advice to our customers to maximize their growth and presence on online marketplaces.

Your tasks:

• Establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships through excellent service and individual advice.
• Analyzing and understanding our clients’ business models to develop customized solutions for B2C or B2B marketplaces.
• Implementation and configuration of our marketplace software according to customers' specific requirements.
• Conducting training sessions and workshops to familiarize customers with the features of our software.
• Consulting on optimizing online marketplace strategies, including product range design, pricing strategies and digital marketing campaigns.
• Monitoring market trends and technology developments to continuously improve our offerings.

Your profile:

• At least 3 years of experience as a marketplace manager at a B2C or B2B company or at a software provider or agency in the areas of shop systems (Magento, Shopware, Oxid, Commerce Tools, etc.), ERP / WaWi systems or PIM systems.
• Knowledge of the structure and organization of product and order data.
• Proven success in increasing customer satisfaction and building online sales channels.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into strategic recommendations.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly.
• Fluent German and English skills.
• Linux, PHP or MySQL/MariaDB knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory.
